Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and IndexedDB, do a similar job. Websites use them to work properly, stay secure and remember choices.

We keep tracking to a minimum. This website uses only the cookies and similar technologies it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

Because we only use what is needed to run the website, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add optional cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

• Strictly necessary: these keep the website secure and the booking form working, and help protect it from misuse. The website cannot work properly without them.
• Team sign-in: our team signs in to a private admin area to manage bookings. This uses Firebase Authentication and stores a sign-in session in the browser. It does not apply to customers who only visit the site and make a booking.
• Preferences: we do not currently use cookies to remember your preferences.
• Analytics: we do not currently use analytics cookies.
• Advertising and marketing: we do not use these.

Our website is built on Google Firebase, which provides our database, hosting and sign-in. Firebase may use technical cookies or browser storage to deliver these services.

If we add content from other providers in future, such as maps, videos or social media feeds, those providers may set their own cookies. We will update this policy if that happens.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all let you block cookies or clear them at any time. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website, such as the booking form, may not work.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add analytics or new features. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies.
